Discovering her true passion, Leslie enrolled in Paris’ most famous cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu, and brilliantly managed to pass the pastry course. Her stay in Europe was used to observe how chefs made designs and other sculptures on cakes only with butter cream, fondant and sugar.
